Pasta with Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce and Nuts

Description

The crunchy nuts and the tender pasta combined will make a great heathy main dish. Not only will you be able to taste the cheese in every mouthful, you will have a burst of flavor in every mouthful.

Ingredients

  • 5 nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
  • 180 grams pasta (your choice)
  • 200 milliliters sour cream
  • 250 grams gorgonzola
  • ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Peel the nuts and lightly toast on a pan. Remove from the stove and set aside.
  2. Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water for about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the cream on low heat. Add the Gorgonzola cheese and melt slowly.
  4. Add the nuts and a pinch of black pepper.
  5. Mix with the pasta and plate.
