Description
The crunchy nuts and the tender pasta combined will make a great heathy main dish. Not only will you be able to taste the cheese in every mouthful, you will have a burst of flavor in every mouthful.
Ingredients

- 5 nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
- 180 grams pasta (your choice)
- 200 milliliters sour cream
- 250 grams gorgonzola cheese
- ground black pepper
Directions
- Peel the nuts and lightly toast on a pan. Remove from the stove and set aside.
- Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water for about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the cream on low heat. Add the Gorgonzola cheese and melt slowly.
- Add the nuts and a pinch of black pepper.
- Mix with the pasta and plate.

This was a delightful recipe that I could see myself making at least once a week. The pasta was incredibly tender and the entire dish was extremely cheesy. I cannot wait to make this dish again for my relatives and would absolutely give this recipe 5 stars all day long.
