Bright both in taste in color, the 4 Nuts & Cheese Pesto from Maison le Grand steals the show. Tossed with pasta and fresh herbs, this pesto pasta is full of flavor and makes a great vegetarian lunch or dinner in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams spaghetti
  • 4 nuts (and Cheese Pesto)
  • basil
  • parsley
  • chives
  • mint
  • 2/3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • butter
  • slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for ten minutes.
  2. Refresh in cold water.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter with 2 to 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
  4. Let the mixture brown.
  5. Finely chop the herbs (basil, parsley, chives) and mix them with pasta.
  6. Add a large dollop of 4 Nuts & Cheese Pesto, mint leaves, and sliced ​​almonds.
  7. Sprinkle with golden breadcrumbs.

This pasta made me feel like a pro! It was bright in taste and color and the layers of texture were superb. I grated a little parmesan on top to finish it off.
