Ingredients

  • 250 grams spinach (fettucini)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 stalks celery (diced)
  • 2 carrots (diced)
  • 50 grams peas
  • 1 cup white wine (plus additional)
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • olive oil

Directions

  1. 1Steam the clams in a large pot with the wine, a dash of salt, and a little water until opened.
  2. 2Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package, adding a little of the clam juice to the water. Drain when al dente.
  3. 3Place the garlic, celery, and carrot into a skillet and boil for 5 minutes. Add a little wine to the vegetables and cook until absorbed.
