- 1 boneless chicken breast (boiled and cut into strips, save the water used to boil the chicken)
- 150 grams pasta
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup water (used to prepare the pasta)

Directions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions listed on its package. Make sure to save 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
- Melt the butter in a large pan, add the garlic and fry it for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken strips and cook them until they are lightly cooked.
- Add the pasta, along with any water that was left over from cooking the chicken, and the 1/2 cup of water from the pasta.
- Cook everything until the water evaporates and then serve with the chopped parsley sprinkled on top of the pasta.

The chicken was mediocre, but the noodles were awful. Probably did it wrong but they ended up browning with the butter melting. I ended up just throwing some Alfredo sauce I the mix to save the dish.

The instructions were easy and ingredients really simple. However, the end result was just okay. I ended up adding cheese on top since it was a little flavourless. Perhaps adding salt and pepper at certain stages would make it more flavourful. It's definitely creamy and thick, hearty even, but a little tasteless.
