Loved this!! Couldn’t find smoked mozzarella at the store so i just used normal shredded mozzarella in place and only one batch of the sauce. My pasta also cooked in under 20 minutes in the oven and tasted amazing! Love the simple marinara sauce paired with the dish, especially with onions added!
