Description

Ready in under 20 minutes, this dish is the perfect main coarse. While the pasta is soft, the varieties of cheese is a great compliment to the creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams short-cut pasta
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 100 grams mozzarella cheese (diced)
  • 50 grams goat cheese (diced)
  • 100 grams cheese (Emmental, diced)
  • 50 grams gorgonzola (diced)
  • ground black pepper

Directions

  1. 1Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water, for about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2In a saucepan, add the cream and cheeses. Stir well until the cheese is melted. Add more cream, if necessary.
  3. 3Mix the pasta with the sauce, sprinkle some black pepper on top and serve.
