Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy (Creamy White Sauce)
  • 1 pasta (pkt Organic, any variety)
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 red pepper (sliced into thin long pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon oregano (or basil fresh or dried)

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to Package directions. Drain. Toss with olive oil.
  2. Add peppers and herbs to white sauce recipe while it is simmering. Turn off heat, mix in pasta and serve.
