Really great dish for the health conscious or vegetarians. The sauce tasted really great with the pasta even though it didn't look very good on the plate. The sauce comes out sort of lumpy and an off color, but if you can get past that, it is delicious. The combination of these veggies, sauce, and pasta were a winner. I would prefer it had a bit more spices added to it. It's not bland, but could use a little extra something to put it over the edge.
