  • 800 grams crushed tomatoes (cans of)
  • 1 cup passata (plain, / tomato sauce)
  • 28.13 grams blue cheese (I used Stilton)
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (I used Aldo Zilli's hard Italian cheese)
  • fresh basil (A couple handfuls of chopped)
