Ingredients

  • 2 ounces PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (8 ea.)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded sharp natural)
  • 1 tablespoon pimento (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cayenne (and salt)
  • finely chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
  2. Mix until well blended.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except pecans.
  4. Mix well and chill.
  5. Shape into balls and roll in chopped pecans.
  6. Serve with crackers.
