It was delicious!! I used crushed Wisps Parmesan Cheese crackers instead of bread crumbs and sprinkled some cayenne pepper in with the mayo/cheese mixture for an added kick. Will definitely make this again!! 😉

This was a big hit! Took advise to pound to flatten the chicken and I used a true baking sheet 👍🏽

Pounded out breasts so they were thinner. Accidentally added bread crumbs to mayo mixture, so sprinkled more on top. It was juicy and very yummy! Next time I’ll try cooking it in the air fryer. Daughter even asked for seconds, after she said she refused to eat chicken for dinner 😂
hi 6 Dec 2017

This has become a staple in my home I don't measure any of it anymore I just eyeball it and it always turns out fantastic

It's good tasting and easy to make. The real mayo makes it far too fatty and rich for my tastes however so I use light mayo and try not to use too much too.
Rachelle Cordell 13 Jun 2017
So easy and yummy! I will definitely be making this again!

Recipes like this spoil me for being so easy and tasty. Then I don't want to do it any other way. I already had italian panko and shredded parm so I just used that, came out marvelous

Made with a couple of variations - used 1/4 c mayonnaise and 1/4 c Greek yougurt with the parmesan cheese and skipped bread crumbs - excellent

Season chicken with salt and pepper (both sides) before adding the mayo/Parmesan mixture. Depending on size of chicken, takes longer than time indicated (35-40 min). Add a side of pasta and marinara, and you've got a delicious meal!

Nice flavor and moist! Family enjoyed it! Needed to cook a little longer than 20 minutes, but will definitely make this one again.
Tara Bap 14 Feb 2017
My chicken came out nice and juicy. The topping was nice and crunchy..but not burned. Next time I will try adding an additional seasoning..maybe black pepper.
Paul Eekhoff 6 Feb 2017
very moist & delicious. Made mine with equal parts mayonnaise & parmesan cheese to make topping a bit thicker.

Not only was this easy to make but this tastes fantastic with curried cauliflower! As a tip for anyone having a problem with this recipe, make sure that you apply the mayonnaise Parmesan makes three lightly over the top of the chicken breast. I also modified this by adding lite garlic and oregano on both sides before applying the mix.

I must have done something wrong. Mine came out mushy with the coating sliding off. I tasted some of the coating that came off and it was really tasty. I'm saving the chicken for a meal later this week.

This came out pretty damp and not great. I suppose I shouldn't have expected much, since the mayonnaise was the center of the recipe.

Wonderful. So easy and so tasty. Great for a quick delicious meal.. I served it with Caprese Pasta and a side salad. Love making chicken sandwich with the leftovers the next day.

We love this recipe. It is not only quick and easy to prepare, it is delicious! It is one of my "go to" recipes.

I have also made this with fish filets, & serve with a wedge of lemon to squeeze over after cooking. When using chicken or fish, I also add a Tbsp. Of fresh chopped parsley to the mayo/Parmesan mixture.

This was awesome....my husband loves chicken and this was delicious plus quick and easy....I would put more parmesan cheese in this cause i'm a cheese lover and so is my husband
Claudia N. 17 May 2016
I love this recipe and so do my kids and husband. It is very easy to make and always delicous. Sometimes I just mix all the ingredients together and pat the mixture on top of the chicken, rather than sprinkling the bread crumbs on after the mayo and parmesaen...makes this recipe even easier. W

Do this with cod fish instead of chicken... I use parchment on the bottom of the cookie sheet. Rinse and dry the fish. Put a thin layer of Hellman's on the fish. Mix panko and Italian breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top. Then, put grated parmesan and/or reggiano cheese (be generous) on top and bake until browned on top. (about 22 min.) You will never cook cod another way again! (well, beer batter cod is pretty darn good too!)

Frankly, I was amazed at how good this was. The combination of mayo and parm, (I used grand padana) was a tasty surprise. I'll make this again.
Hello, baking again today, Laney? H. 2 May 2016
Instead of Italian breadcrumbs, I crushed up crackers and used Italian seasoning. I would go light with the mayo-parmesan mixture, as it tends to make the breadcrumbs soggy. I also added more parmesan, just to give more flavor.
