Tasted great! Flavor was good but I would suggest using small, thin zucchini or maybe even quartering them. Mine turned out mushy in the middle, would've preferred smaller portions for texture reasons

Loved it - I used an Italian seasoning blend instead of just oregano. I also used summer squash and enjoyed it. For thicker slices add cooking time

Really super easy recipe!! And it taste great. 5 minutes to prepare, popped it in the oven. Started with some steak, and by the time as was done with it, the zucchini sticks were done as well.

I made these parma zucchini sticks for a dinner and they were so good I really recommend making these for appetizers or an small lunch because there not filling at all. They taste really good with the cheese and the pepper makes it lightly spicy 🌶! There very crunchy tho and burn easily! Still a five star because there so delicious but there's still bones to pick about it (🔚 it's a saying btw it means there's a lot to say about it lol).

So easy! Used fresh thyme and zucchini from the garden. After baking, I broiled it a little longer than 5 minutes. I'll definitely make this again!
