  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil (melted butter or olive oil work too)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning (I used Naturally Free Italian Season Blend - so flavorful!)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan (It is just as good without the parm, so if you are dairy free just leave it out!)

    Loved these, I did not have Italian seasoning on hand so I used a vegetable seasoning oregano and basil It came out awesome definitely adding these to regular dinner rotation

    Super delicious!! We add a few extra spices and extra Parmesan cheese. The potatoes are firm on the outside and soft on the inside. I don't think we'll ever make regular roasted potatoes again!
