i personally would not recommend this recipe.. there is nothing I can say about it that was good, and there's an ingredient, chives, that wasn't even mentioned of when or where to add. I'm sticking with good old fashioned fried onions and potatoes for a once in a while side.

I cooked the potatoes till they were browned on both sides and added garlic powder on top as well. Other than that, all the same directions, and it was delicious

I made these for guests and they were a big hit. They were easy to make, but the potatoes needed to be cooked about 15-20 minutes longer than stated. This recipe is a keeper for my family.

Made these tonight for dinner and they were “ok”. Family said they didn’t have much flavor and definitely needed salt. I didn’t use chives because I didn’t have any on hand. I will try these again, but cook with salt or maybe some garlic salt would even be better. It did take longer than 15-20min, more like 30-40 min and I used about 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
