  • 1 pound all purpose potatoes (or baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced)
  • 2 onions (medium, thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups garlic (RAGÚ® Tomato, & Onion Sauce)
  • 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. unchecked 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. unchecked 2. In a 2-quart baking dish, layer 1/2 of the potatoes, onions, olive oil, salt & pepper, ½ sauce, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan. Repeat layers. Cover with foil.
    3. unchecked 3. Bake 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove foil, add 2 Tbsp. of cheese.
    4. unchecked 4. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until heated through.
