These flavorful chops are not only easy to make but the cheesy parmesan mixed with the breadcrumbs and fresh herbs make it a hit in my house time and time again.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 4 pork chops (center cup)
  • salt
  • 2 garlic powder (tsb of)
  • 2 onion powder
  • 2 paprika
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 cup mustard
  • 2 1/2 cups vegetable oil

    Directions

    1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, garlic powder, parsley, onion powder,and paprika. Set aside
    2. Mix grated parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs.
    3. Coat both sides of the pork chops with mustard.
    4. Dredge pork chops in breadcrumbs mixture.
    5. Preheat oil to medium high. Fry chops for about 4 min per side. Place on draining rack to get rid of excess oil.
