Fabulous! Made this tonight with sauted mushrooms and pineapple with grapes (always have fruit with a meal). Super easy, family loves it. I'll try some different seasonings next time for a spicy version. Keeper!
Spectacular!! My kids said they were Restaurant quality ! I did whole wheat flour, egg and Panko crumbs and added a 1/3 cup whole wheat flour to the panko mix! Definitely a keeper! Thanks!! for the great recipe!

Great recipe. And you may cringe when I write the next part, but I made some modifications, as I wanted to bake the chicken vs fry (and my 1 1/2 year old likes nuggets). I cut the chicken into nugget-sized pieces, added the spices to the panko-cheese mix (opting for garlic salt vs garlic powder) and cooked at 425 for 9-10 mins on one side, and 4-5 mins on the other. I loved the fact I could skip on the oil. Yum.

Very easy and delicious! Will definitely make again. Skipped the lemon wedges, and I eyeballed all the seasonings, but they came out great and taste wonderful without a dipping sauce.
