It tasted okay but the consistency wasn't what I was expecting and didn't really coat the pasta evenly or thick enough.

its a heavier take on Aglio Olio. i think id stick to olive oil next time.

Eatable.... I think I would add some heavy cream to this and thin it out with scallion hot salted water from pasta and chopped tomatoes

OMG this is so good. I used chives instead of parsley and added a small amount of cumin. I will be making this a lot.

Super good. I substituted some of the butter with olive oil. Added chicken and fresh broccoli. I think next time I'll add olives. Husband and I loved it!

4 tbls butter and 1 tbls Olive oil....add a small can of chopped clams with juice and more parsley.... Cheese on the table to sprinkle after plating. Pretty darn good.

I've been making this since I was liitle. As an adult it is my go to when there is nothing in the fridge. Way less butter is needed and I would use some olive oil. This is more of an idea recipe that you should tinker with for your personal taste.

This is ok but they are so greasy. I made meatballs and a touch of marinara with it and it made it a little better.
