This is the best recipe! Every time I make it, this is the first dish to disappear. I have to quadruple the recipe just so everyone can have some. My partner would steal a bowl of them while I am making another batch! These should be called "crack potatoes"

Seriously addicting. So easy to get this in the oven while preparing other things.

Excellent my family and friends ask for them all the time

Didn't really work out well, because all of the potatoes were different sizes. I think I'd rather just coat all the potatoes and then bake them instead of having a layer at the bottom.

Ok! I definitely didn’t have enough cheese. Good flavor, the ingredient ratio was off though.

It turned out great. Maybe a 1/4 teaspoon less pepper but otherwise really good. Next time I'm going try a different cheese just to see how it will turn out, maybe a cheddar
