- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 8 ounces garlic (and herb havarti cheese Feel free to use more or less, and try a different cheese if you can't find it)
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan (fresh)
- 1 tablespoon seasoning (Tuscan)
