I like this recipe because it just kinda came to my head (like most of the things I've cooked). I love this recipe, it is super delicious. I just hope that you enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • parmesan (Chicken, Ingredients)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip (Kraft)
  • 4 teaspoons seasoned bread crumbs (old London)
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • fried rice (Ingredients)
  • 2 tablespoons margarine (or butter)
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 cups white rice (or brown)
  • gravy (Ingredients)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 cups water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onion powder
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Combine Kraft miracle whip with cheese in medium bowl,Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with miracle whip mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs on both sides.
  3. Bake until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 20 minutes. (Check chicken while preparing meal.)
  4. While chicken is cooking, In a large skillet, combine rice and margarine or butter. Saute' over medium heat until rice is golden brown, stirring frequently
  5. Once golden brown, slowly stir water and seasonings into rice; bring to a boil.
  6. When rice as absorbed water; Cover and reduce heat.Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
  7. In microwave safe container mix water and 4 chicken bouillon cubes and heat up in microwave until steaming hot.
  8. Mix butter, flour, onion powder, salt, pepper, and hot bouillon water in sauce pot. Whisk to create gravy.
  9. Plate your masterpiece however you please and enjoy!!!
