Good option to switch things up, my kids wanted something different from our regular pan fried pork. Recipe turned out to be a hungry crowd pleaser. My pork had already been seasoned with my seasonings. Next time, will just flip pork more often as they were slightly soggy and should have read reviews to lessen amount of breading, but pork was tender & juicy inside & that's what counts most!

I spread some of the mixture on the bottom of the lined pan, and poured the rest that was leftover from after coating the chops on the top. Cooked for 45 minutes, and flipped them over when they were about 19 minutes from being done. I also added onion powder, salt, and basil. They were amazing.

Turns out AMAZING every single time! This time I used the same ingredients, but changed the chops to boneless country pork ribs. I used quite a bit more olive oil, but it was absolutely wonderful! cooked for about 30-35 minutes in a gas oven.

These came out great! Very easy—- dinner was on time even! I used the convection setting n my oven so I baked them for 30 min. and then let them sit in the oven for a few while I pulled the sides together. We will make these again!

Good flavor! Definitely use less breadcrumbs than asked though. A lot of breadcrumbs ended up wasted.

The recipe was very simple and quick. The only thing I had go wrong, is the cooking time is too long. The internal temperature at the end of the cooking time should be 140° - 150°F, depending on how well done you like your pork. The actual internal temp was quite a bit more and so it produced a drier piece of meat than I hoped for. Over all I liked the flavors. So I will try this again and start checking the temperature after 30 minutes.

Delicious!! Wife agreed this is by far the best pork chop we have ever eaten due to this recipe. If you’re hesitant to try this, stop hesitating and go for it! You won’t regret it!

WOW! This was fabulous! Flavors are very good and the pork was moist and tender. The only thing I would do differently is to make only half the recipe for the breading...We thoroughly coated the chops and had an abundance left over. The extra breading was placed in the freezer to be used at a later date. Great recipe; it’s a “keeper” 😁
