Turns out AMAZING every single time! This time I used the same ingredients, but changed the chops to boneless country pork ribs. I used quite a bit more olive oil, but it was absolutely wonderful! cooked for about 30-35 minutes in a gas oven.

These came out great! Very easy—- dinner was on time even! I used the convection setting n my oven so I baked them for 30 min. and then let them sit in the oven for a few while I pulled the sides together. We will make these again!

It was ok. Nothing to write home about

Good flavor! Definitely use less breadcrumbs than asked though. A lot of breadcrumbs ended up wasted.

The recipe was very simple and quick. The only thing I had go wrong, is the cooking time is too long. The internal temperature at the end of the cooking time should be 140° - 150°F, depending on how well done you like your pork. The actual internal temp was quite a bit more and so it produced a drier piece of meat than I hoped for. Over all I liked the flavors. So I will try this again and start checking the temperature after 30 minutes.

Delicious!! Wife agreed this is by far the best pork chop we have ever eaten due to this recipe. If you’re hesitant to try this, stop hesitating and go for it! You won’t regret it!

WOW! This was fabulous! Flavors are very good and the pork was moist and tender. The only thing I would do differently is to make only half the recipe for the breading...We thoroughly coated the chops and had an abundance left over. The extra breading was placed in the freezer to be used at a later date. Great recipe; it’s a “keeper” 😁

Turned out really well.. I sprinkled salt on the chops about 1/2 an hour before cooking, so that helped them be more juicy.

Really juicy! a little heavy, next time will cut the coating in half.

I didn’t have garlic powder so I used fresh, minced garlic instead. Tasted so good and was so easy to make! I’ll probably season the pork with a bit of salt next time. Picked up a lot of great ideas from the reviews so I think I’ll be trying those, too!

made these for me and my sisters and they were phenomenal! I recommend making a chili brown sugar barbeque glaze to go on top as well!

this recipe was super delicious. it was definitely too many breadcrumbs and cheese, should be halved.

I made this 2 or 3 times already and it turns out delicious each time. My husband loves this too and he is really amazed that I baked this and not fry it but it still turned out moist and yummilicious! Kudos to the one who discovered this recipe! I am a newbie cook and I appreciate recipes like this.

It was pretty good. It calls for too much breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. You could probably get by with 1/2 or 3/4 of what the recipe calls for.

Can’t wait to make it again 🤗
