  • 1 pound cod (2 fillets – I used the Lingcod that came in my Salmon Sitka Shares box!)
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated – you’ll notice – no breadcrumbs – I think the cheese was just right!)
  • 2 teaspoons herb seasoning (lemon, – you could easily swap this with Italian seasoning or whatever you like on your seafood)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound cod
  • 2 fillets
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 teaspoons herb seasoning (lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 pound asparagus (trimmed)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
