Texture of crust was powdery and odd. Flavor of cod was good. Perhaps be really generous with olive oil drizzle? We won't be making again. It was unanimously disliked at our table. :/

This was fast, easy and good. Cod is one of my new ‘go-to’ fish and I’m always looking for different ways to prepare it. Next time I may add just a tad of paprika to the flour mixture or the cheese to give it a little more color. Good that looks good taste better..This recipe is a keeper.

This was tasty and very easy! Would definitely make again. I used didn’t have onion salt so I used equal amounts of onion powder and salt worked out fine.

We made a gluten free version and it came out great. I substituted coconut flour for the flour and almond flour for the cornmeal. It was delicious

I used Italian seasoned breadcrumbs as I did not have cornmeal. Absolutely delicious. I'll have to try with cornmeal. Easy and fast to prepare
