  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1 package gelatin (any flavor fruit)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup cooking oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Directions

  1. Beat eggs, add cake mix and water.
  2. Beat well, add gelatin in its powder form, oil and lemon extract.
  3. Blend thoroughly.
  4. Bake in ungreased angel food tube pan at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. Let cool in pan face up.
  6. Do not invert.
  7. Save plain or iced.
