Loved it. I used chicken breasts instead of thighs and I sprinkled paprika until it looked like the cover photo for the recipe. I also used fresh cherry tomatoes instead of sun dried tomatoes and it is so good!

I felt like the chicken would be too bland as is, so I mixed in some sriracha and a little onion powder. Very flavorful and delicious. Be careful not to add too much oil.

Added a few extras: crushed garlic and a small chopped chilli to the chicken (and extra paprika) then added mushrooms, garlic and Parmesan to the asparagus. Really really liked the results
