  • 250 grams noodles (pasta, cooked)
  • 1/2 cup parsley (minced)

  • 1/2 cup cucumbers (diced)
  • salad (Simple)
  • 8 leaves red leaf lettuce (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons onion (diced)
  • 1/4 cup cucumbers (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Add the butter and parsley to the cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

I have made this recipe at least a dozen time and it is one of the most flavorful ones I have had the pleasure of making. Very quick and easy meal that the family greatly enjoyed. I would absolutely make this meal over and over again. I would rate this recipe at a 5.
