Panna Cotta is a traditional popular dessert served in a variety of flavors (rum, coffee, vanilla and many other flavors of choice) topped with fruits.

  • 3 tsp. gelatin
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 cups soy milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 12 oz. mixed berries
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water

    Directions

    1. Add gelatin to milk and let it sit for 10 mins
    2. Add 6 tbsp of sugar and a pinch of salt to the milk/gelatin mixture and heat up to 135 degrees
    3. In a separate metal bowl, add 3 cups of heavy cream and 2 tsp vanilla. Sit the bowl in ice.
