Description
Panna Cotta is a traditional popular dessert served in a variety of flavors (rum, coffee, vanilla and many other flavors of choice) topped with fruits.

- 3 tsp. gelatin
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 cups soy milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 oz. mixed berries
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water

Directions
- Add gelatin to milk and let it sit for 10 mins
- Add 6 tbsp of sugar and a pinch of salt to the milk/gelatin mixture and heat up to 135 degrees
- In a separate metal bowl, add 3 cups of heavy cream and 2 tsp vanilla. Sit the bowl in ice.
