    I added Italian seasoning as well. Tasted good! Similar to a recipe I already use for chicken breasts.

    Eh! These were just ok to me. I think my 14 year old liked them more (he, of course, put tons of honey on them!) Maybe they needed more salt or seasoning, but they didn't have a lot of flavor.

    Great! Very crispy and healthier than store bought. I dip in egg, flour and repeat egg/flour once more then egg/panko.
