9On a lightly floured work surface, use a rolling pin to stretch dough and roll out.
10Add remaining filling ingredients.
11Divide dough and shape into balls.
12Size of dough balls depends on size of baking sheets.
13Let rise again.
14When dough balls have doubled in size, lightly brush the surface with egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 40 minutes.
