Excellent! I used only half the velveeta and it was plenty rich and creamy. Also added a few potatoes that I cooked with carrots before adding. Then I added rotisserie chicken. Plain it is an outstanding recipe. Adding potatoes and chicken makes this a huge hit in my family.

I did not use processed cheese, I used all real cheese. Cooking it low and stirring until melted is key. It tasted way better than Panera's.

Just like Panera! I just cut thin slices of carrot and cooked with onions since I read the julienne/shred option a little too late

it was very good. tasted just like the soup from panera.i didnt use onions, (not a fan) but ive also never tasted them in panera breads soup either. i will be making again super yummy and not to thick like i thought it might be with all the cheese.
