  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced (in long strips)
  • 1/2 onion (sliced in rings)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 2 cups broccoli (chopped)
  • 5 mushrooms (sliced)
  • soy sauce (as desired)

    Directions

    1. Preheat a big skillet with olive oil on medium-high.
    2. Add the onion, garlic, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Stir often while seasoning with soy sauce.
    3. Once the onion becomes transparent, add the broccoli and soy sauce. Put the lid on the skillet and let it cook for 2 minutes.
    4. Remove the lid, add the mushrooms, and let it cook for 3 minutes.
    5. Turn off the stove and serve, adding more soy sauce if desired.
