Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced (in long strips)
1/2 onions (sliced in rings)
1 garlic cloves (minced)
2 cups broccoli (chopped)
5 mushrooms (sliced)
soy sauce (as desired)

Directions

1Preheat a big skillet with olive oil on medium-high.
2Add the onion, garlic, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Stir often while seasoning with soy sauce.
3Once the onion becomes transparent, add the broccoli and soy sauce. Put the lid on the skillet and let it cook for 2 minutes.
4Remove the lid, add the mushrooms, and let it cook for 3 minutes.
5Turn off the stove and serve, adding more soy sauce if desired.
