I’m not sure why the recipe asks for adding the melted butter to the dry ingredients because it makes it lumpy and doesn’t dissolve I found this recipe very runny so had to add two additional heaped spoons of flour

Followed recipe to the letter. Pure liquid basically so the pancake was more like a crepe.

I've made these twice now - once with fruit inside and one plain. They were both delicious. The second time, I only had self-rising flour at home; I used that and skipped the baking soda. It actually came out better. I will definitely use this recipe again and again.
