Came together so fast with ingredients that I always have on hand! I was a little nervous because the batter was so thin but they puffed up beautifully and cooked quickly. We used 2T butter instead of the oil and added fresh blueberries. This will be my go to pancake recipe from now on!

Very tasty! I reduced the sugar to 3 tbs as I read in the reviews that it’s a little too sweet. It turned out perfect, I made lovely thin pancakes

Quite good, nice and fluffy it. It was a bit too sweet especially after adding pure maple syrup. I may cut down on the sugar next time.

They were fluffy but maybe less backing soda. It had an after taste. I would try them again with less baking soda and see.
