This was really great, served with rice,salad and miso soup!
Loved the taste and cooking technique but wished the sauce would have thickened more. Will definitely try it again!

Turned out great, LOVE the sauce. I didn't have OJ, so I substituted some jarred sweet and sour sauce for the OJ. I cooked it down at least 30 minutes and the sauce was thick and lovely. Served the tuna steak over a bed of jasmine rice, sauce over everything, it was fabulous. My husband went back for seconds! Will definitely make this again!

Then glaze didn't really turn out as thick I wanted.
