    I only gave this 4 stars because it was my first experience making and even eating brussel sprouts. I thought all went well. I do wonder if I should have cooked them longer to soften them up more.

    This dish was outstanding. We all can't believe brussel sprouts are so good. This will be a vegetable that will be eaten all the time in this house. So Yummy!!!!!

    Great! I’m looking for ways to cook these babies because they are so good for you but I’ve never liked them. Yet - these were quite yummy! I’d make them again. Just sayin’. Easy recipe and made a believer out of me!

    It turned out pretty good my wife loved it; however I didn't have white wine so I use "White wine chicken stock"… and that did the job just as well.

    So simple and easy Yummy too! I did not make the full two lbs, but I wish that I would have so I could have had some leftovers
