  • 1 cup shortening (palm, or coconut/palm shortening)
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder (sifted)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour (sifted)
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup (depending on how sweet your would like it to be)
  • 1 1/2 vanilla beans
