This was a nice paleo recipe that is filling and satisfied my hubby. It's a keeper! Next time, I may kick it up a notch and add some red chili pepper flakes or something to give it a little flavor boost.

Giving this a 4 star because with spices and quinoa like Ryan D. suggested, it is pretty good. Considering I'm not Paleo, I did add cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.

It's pretty good, but could use a bit of something. Needed a bit of additional seasoning and the filling is a bit on the liquid side (probably depends on the marinara you use). Adding some quinoa would make this a bit more filling and help absorb some of the moisture.
