  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon milk (unsweetened almond or coconut milk)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar (organic/raw/)
  • apple cider vinegar (or ½ cup distilled white)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
  • 1 tablespoon water
