  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sausage seasoning (Italian, I used Well Fed‘s recipe)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup yellow bell peppers (or, or more of red)
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 2 cups kale (or more of frozen, go nuts!)
  • 1 egg (slightly scrambled)
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • salt
