    I have made this at least 5 times. i usually use breakfast sausage instead of chorizo so it is not too spicy for my 4 year old. When I did the whole 30 I used ground pork and added in my own seasoning to make it truly paleo/compliant. It is very filling and has a nice sweet-savory flavor.
