Delicious! Wayyyy more than 4 servings more like 6 lg or 8 servings. I used a lg can of pumpkin. List didn't tell me size of can pumpkin. I only used half a med squash. Took my squash 20 mins more than cauliflower. Yes it does need a little more of all the spices I add half more of all the ones listed also add pepper flakes and lots of salt n pepper. Would be easy to use a rotisserie chicken or left over meat. A whole can of milk would be ok too. Will make again.

Oh my gosh this was good. The flavors were a little bland - could have used a touch of sweetness or maybe acid to break up the pumpkin-coconut-chicken trifecta of smooth fatty flavor. But definitely satisfying and great to know I was getting all my food groups at once :)
