  • 4 green chilies (finely diced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup spinach (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper (or large red, chopped)
  • 1/4 red onion (chopped)
  • 1 avocado (cubed)
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli (cut into small flowerettes)
  • 4 slices bacon (cut into 1/4″ squares and cooked soft *** I HIGHLY recommend you add bacon ***)
