Very tasty! I added some shredded Parmesan to the Almond flour! Definitely a recipe I will add to my collection!

This was easy and pretty tasty. I did season with salt and black pepper, and I cooked in a little coconut oil. The coating stayed on the pork chops well, and was even good re-heated.
