Description

A Palacsinta is a Hungarian Dessert, a crepe. It consists of a thin dough that is fried in a frying pan and filled with one of several fillings, rolled up and sprinkled with powdered sugar. You can choose your favorite filling such as Apricot, Chocolate, Raspberry and Cinnamon Sugar. This recipe will make at least 10 palacsintas 6 1/2 inches in diameter

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3/4 cup soda water

    1. Start by mixing the sifted four and salt together in a big bowl.
