Ingredients

  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 1/2 cup chicken (cubes)
  • 3 garlic cloves (skinless, chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sauce (White)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • fresh coriander (/parsley for garnish)

Directions

  1. Boil Macaroni in 3 cup water and 1 teaspoon oil.
  2. Sieve/strain and wash with cold water. Keep aside.
  3. Now Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry for 1 minute, then add chicken cubes, black pepper and salt.
  4. Cook on medium heat till chicken is tender.
  5. Now add tomato ketchup, cabbage, spring onion, soy sauce, vinegar, cheese, white sauce and boiled macaroni.
  6. Cook for 3-5 minutes till cabbage and onion is tender.
