- 5 pak choi (leafs big of)
- 1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 cup green peppers (red and)
- 1 handful spring onion
- 1 juice (lime)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (powder)
- 1 dash olive oil
- Tear up the pak choi leaves and chop up the peppers into slivers.
- Rinse the bean sprouts under running water to get out any muddy remnants.
- Mix all the salad ingredients.
