- 4 packages deli corned beef (2 ounces each thinly sliced, finely chopped)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (cubed)
- 8 ounces sauerkraut (rinsed and drained)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- rye bread (or crackers)

I made this dip for a Saint Patrick's food day at work and it was a hit, everyone asked me for the recipe. Make sure you keep an I on it later in the day, starts to dry out after a while in the crockpot.
