It turned out well, I used a Chardonnay which turned out to be a bit too sweet with the mushrooms but over all was pretty tasty.

I love 'chickpeas' but I do think this needs some flavor...I will add shrimp, gr onion...maybe some other stuff...we'll see. I have everything so just need to get to it!!!

It was really good and simple to make! We added Italian sausage to it as well. I made this for myself and one other person and we had leftovers for the next day. Would totally recommend and make again

This is a wonderful recipe. Even my 7,9 and 11 year old kids loved it. Sautee the gnocchi separately though, I couldn't get them to brown. I doubled this recipe as a main dish for 5 people.

It was my first time to cook shiitake and I've realized that they require more cooking time than any other mushrooms I cooked before. It came up nicely, I added up some roasted walnuts in butter and honey.

this was really good! i just used regular white mushrooms instead of half shiitake half white. i also sautéed some spinach and added it in. however, i forgot to add the feta cheese. the only thing i dislike about his is it's kind of dry, i don't know what kind of sauce would make it better though. overall, it's really good!
