Used 1/4 Splenda Brown sugar instead of regular and added 2 teaspoons of chili oil instead of vegetable oil to the sauce.

EXCELLENT and FAST!!!! I even had to fight off the family kitties! LOLOL! Definitely will do this again...…. I steamed broccoli and served the beef and sauce over rice and broccoli. Dad approved!

It was excellent. As usual I needed to double all the ingredients for 4 hungry people. Used 2 lbs. of meat and just doubled all the ingredients for the sauce. Simmered the sauce a little longer than recommended, but not a bid deal, simmered it while cooking the meat. I got 2 kids that are more picky than a couple of cats and they loved it.
