My personal favorite meal now! We do with ramen noodles and added broccoli. EDIT: be careful to go into directions to take a look at ingredient amounts. I accidentally doubled the soy sauce because the cover page says 1/2 cup instead of 1/4.

Turned out great! My only issue was the sauce was really sweet. Gonna do a little less brown sugar next time and it'll be perfect.

Delicious!!! I’ve never had PF Chang’s Mongolian Beef before; but if it tastes anything like this recipe, I can see why there would be a copycat.

Used 1/4 Splenda Brown sugar instead of regular and added 2 teaspoons of chili oil instead of vegetable oil to the sauce.

EXCELLENT and FAST!!!! I even had to fight off the family kitties! LOLOL! Definitely will do this again...…. I steamed broccoli and served the beef and sauce over rice and broccoli. Dad approved!

The flavor of the sauce is great. If you like sauce with your rice, double the recipe.

It was excellent. As usual I needed to double all the ingredients for 4 hungry people. Used 2 lbs. of meat and just doubled all the ingredients for the sauce. Simmered the sauce a little longer than recommended, but not a bid deal, simmered it while cooking the meat. I got 2 kids that are more picky than a couple of cats and they loved it.

My dish turned out really good. Since I don't prefer ginger that much, I will put a little less in next time. Nonetheless, It was very delicious!

I made it using a little sesame oil added to the mixture and no corn starch, and it turned out great!
